Ratings and reviews

Your app is super slow, lagging too much. No where to ask for bank statement, also crashes often. Pls fix this Update. I'm reducing this to one star. Since my last complain about the lagging nature of this app in April nothing was done. Now it still crashes and very difficult to use. Can't you roll out an update?

I can't understand why the app isn't opening since the system update. I have uninstalled several times and have restarted my phone severally. Once I click on it to open, it goes off immediately. The App wasn't like this before now. Please, could you get it sorted out. Thanks

The worst banking app ever. You can't promptly access your account. Transactions aren't swiftly processed. Not a great experience using the app. I believe it's best to "Switch" to another bank.
