Ratings and reviews

It's comforting to know this app belongs to an actual bank. You can walk into the bank and make withdrawal, you can make Forex transactions with your debit card too. Beware that if you change devices, *you'll have to go through a long process to sign-in on switch app*. You probably want that level of security for a forex account, however tedious this seems. I haven't signed in ever since I changed devices. That isn't a problem for me though, I can still use my card and get email notifications

I had no option to download this app as I couldn't access the one app. I filled and uploaded every document. Now to verify email I had to click a link. I've been clicking and resending the verification link for 24hrs. It keeps telling me application not available or application currently not serving requests. You need to fix this. I can't do anything on the app until I do this so what's the point of having it on my phone.

Dear sterling, I registered yesterday on this app, i got the place for phone number verification via call but I have not received any call. I tried several times and never came through. I used my UK number. I can't get past this phase. why isn't the call for the OTP not working and you have no other way to verify?
