Ratings and reviews

The App has a lot of limitation. Any account name that has any other non alphabet character will not be processed.. Also you can't a transaction receipt for funds transfer unlike other banks app where by your receipt is generated as soon as the transaction is completed. Its also annoying that failed transaction are not reversed promptly and when reversed eventually the charges are not reversed.

It seems that the app was hurriedly put together. Lacking many services that are common with other banking apps. The transactional history brings only Transfers, the deposits doesn't show. Difficult to generate and share receipt, account history brings only a few transactions.

This app is good but you can't paste account numbers, it slows down when volume of money is much, you can't add a new beneficiary to your saved beneficiaries and you can't even generate statement. This is too frustrating and does not potray good image of being Sterling. Please engaged better profesionals in this kinds of design. It also need to have features like creating subaccount, requesting card/cheque, obtaining business loans etc, more intaractive. Let's meet with our account officers ther
