The app is kind of nice but d issues I'm having with it is that when you connect it to a Bluetooth printer to print; it's print out every details of the card making the contents of the card to b much .... This leads to paper wastage and stress in cutting the card .... There should b a way the buyers can choose the contents that need to show on the card and not every thing

We have a new Android app in test version. We have solved this issue in the new test version. Please go to our telegram group and download the test app apk. You will find this is a much improved version. Your concerns raised here were resolved therein. Simply download the file and update your app. It is a test version so not yet on playstore.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this app. I use it to buy E-PIN recharge cards for my business, but this has happened to me twice—I received E-PINs that were already used. I complained about one of the previous cases, and now it has happened again with the E-PINs I bought yesterday. I have contacted them and I am still waiting for a response. There is already very little profit in the recharge card business, so receiving used E-PINs means I am losing the little profit

Sincere apologies. We did report an incident that occurred on the 26th of August with Airtel N200 pins. We also refunded all customers who bought them. We also asked clients who bought Airtel N100 affected to send us their T/ID and P/ID via email to info@vouchernet.com.ng so we can investigate and refund the used N100 pins. Please kindly do so.

The app is wondrous indeed, but I still want you people to do this, when printing the paper consumption rate is too much. I mean, it takes too much paper unlike other app, Make it more economical. Thanks

We understand this can be frustrating. We have actually optimized our epin prints to the best we can get it to when printing with a thermal Bluetooth printer. You may want to use the download pins to pdf function which generates up to 40 pins on a single A4 page and print or share the file. Print the file to a desktop printer after downloading.
