I so appreciate this platform, but I can't make investments. please resolve the issue as fast as possible.

I have been having difficulties using the app for more than 10 months now . And this is the 3rd time I am complaining . I can't get to get an item from my cart . And when I try to delete the item . The app closes on me . Because of that I haven't been able to invest . Please try and fix it . You guys keep making it hard for your customers. I can't seem to receive otp so I can withdraw my money.

I've the app for a while. It was originally good, but the prices shown a couple of months ago were incorrect. I placed a market order to sell Transcorp shares and the company sold it for 30% less than the value on the NSE ( when legally, the maximum limit is 10% on the exchange) because the app had the incorrect share price. Emailed but still hasn't been resolved and seems I'm out of pocket. Will be switching to another app...
