App functionality is bad. Search is not remembered when you look at a product and go back. Finding anything that is not a product is a hassle, to many clicks for, i.e., finding info about stores. The app has a permanent "no internet connection" banner, while 5g or wifi is clearly working. To me, this makes the app less trustworthy to do purchases. My advice would be to go to the webpage in a browser or a store.

The app is not able to open my banking app while other apps and sites are perfectly able to do so. Paying with credit card also doesn't work. I should not need to accept cookies while ordering. horrible customer experience.

UX has some flaws. When you get to the shopping cart there is a cookie pop-up that spans outside of the screen and the accept buttom becomes invisible. Need to rotate screen to see it all
