About this app

IXPRESSION Smart Connect is the app for IXPRESSION customers and employees.

Are you a customer of ours? Then you can manage everything related to your installation in one place. Report a
fault or request in just a few taps, attach a photo immediately, and
follow exactly what happens with your report. As soon as we respond, you will receive a notification on
your phone. You can also see at a glance which equipment is installed at your location:
your home battery, solar panels, charging station, WiFi network, or camera system. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP

• Create a report with photos and get your question directly to the right technician

• Track the status of all your reports and respond in the message overview

• View your installed equipment and service details

• Receive a push notification as soon as there is news about your report
• Log in quickly and securely with Face ID, Touch ID, or your fingerprint
• Manage your data and preferences

FOR EMPLOYEES
Technicians and office staff work in the same app with their own view:

pick up and handle reports, register hours, view the calendar, and

scan serial numbers with the device's camera.

You need an IXPRESSION account. Are you a customer and do not have an account yet? Create one in the app using your email address; you will receive your login details by email.
