absolutely terrible app. it wouldn't let me use the app while I was on wifi so I shut it off and tried using mobile data. It was a struggle trying to sign up for an account nd when I finally got it to go through I only got as far as putting in your phone number. I put my number in and tried getting the code to sign up numerous times and never got it so I couldnt even make an account 🙃. was really hoping to like this app

Please, add a confirmation step before booking! I had issues with this twice already making bookings accidently for periods of time I didn't want. Last time I was trying to adjust my booking from 10pm to 10am and the journey was confirmed right away because it was 10:05 am. I had to keep the car for the whole day and change my plans because I didn't want to go through customer support once again!

Worst signing up experience. Constantly getting "something went wrong" without any explanation. Wouldn't accept my name until I made it full caps the way it's on my bank card. Was automatically and silently signed up for a pro subscription. Only AFTER cancelling did it tell me it was a free 3 month subscription that would cancel automatically. At that point I could not get the free months anymore. Terrible.
