Please, add a confirmation step before booking! I had issues with this twice already making bookings accidently for periods of time I didn't want. Last time I was trying to adjust my booking from 10pm to 10am and the journey was confirmed right away because it was 10:05 am. I had to keep the car for the whole day and change my plans because I didn't want to go through customer support once again!

Being a frequent user of Mywheels, I am quite happy with your service! But your app is full of bugs and almost unusable at certain points. To give a few examples, if you turn on the unplug option then you cannot zoom in/out on the map or in other case, top bar stops responding. Since you do not have a web app for booking, you need to seriously test your mobile apps before releasing. it's a shame that you provide a good service but your app is in such a bad state. Please fix it.

Horrible signup experience. They don't tell you there's only a single payment method available. And even if you do use it, they do weird verifications based on the account's name and lock you out on any mismatch. Deleting the app and then going on the web to delete the useless account I just made before they send spam just redirects me to install the app. Why even show a log in button on the website (pc and mobile), then force you to go through their MFA, only to then tell you to go to the app
