Decent app but not perfect. There are a few errors or functionality missing: voicemail instructions are incorrect, and it would be much easier if voicemail can simply be turned off directly with the app. Also no blocking of numbers, etc. And please stop calling apps 'Mijn ...' or 'My ...'. It is not mine, it is the company's app. For me it just 'Simyo', and I cannot find the app when it is not called that... Thanks. reply: voicemail: nummer voor uit klopt niet. app naam: niet op mijn telefoon.

Edit: I reapplied after finalizing my housing and it worked Earlier my application was rejected due to using a hotel address

The worst experience I have ever had with a network service provider. Using underhanded tactics to get as much money out of its consumers as possible. For example, I do not call anyone, but in the contracts they provide,I am forced to buy 200mins or unlimited calling for 6and7 euros, respectively, but there is no option to decline the offer. I have had my card blocked multiple times for reasons unknown the customer service was horrible.
