Why are there ads?

Why can’t I see real-time info for my bus?
Some buses (especially local or “buurtbussen”) don’t have tracking systems. In other cases, there may be temporary outages or route deviations.
If a trip is officially cancelled, this will be clearly shown in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Ads block most important function There is a constant ad at the bottom of the screen, which covers the refresh button. If you try to press the refresh button, it takes you to the ad instead. It wasn't like this in the beginning...

Up-to-date to the minute. Nice for checking for delays. Edit: I removed two stars because of little to no updates. Furthermore, adding a shortcut unnecessarily (and wrongly) gives a duplicate shortcut error.

I have used this app for a very long time and it used to be great. However, for some reason, it has stopped working. It now says there are 'no departures' from anywhere. I've tried emptying the cache, but that doesn't help. Please fix this and make the app work again!
