I've used this one for years. There's no "program" which is eminently flexible. I use it to fit in workouts at the office or throughout the day. Because you can baseline test, it's a great way to check progress. The workouts are very well rounded so it helps identify and correct muscle imbalances. The "no equipment" routines are a big plus.

Hi guys, Congratulations! The app is pretty amazing. It's very handy. What I miss is the opportunity to create my own plans from the Exercise Library. Are you intending to add this? I can see that this request has been pending for a while now. Also to see a daily summary of the exercise would be really great (exercise time per day, burnt calories or similar). But either way, it's a great app. I'm glad you've made it with Al and I found it.

This application is actually very intuitive and easy to use. I like it very much. Furthermore, you can purchase the application for €8, I think that was. Hence, no subscriptions are required. That's great, I don't like subscriptions, they become pricy over time an and what you are actually doing is renting the product but now owning it. If you look for an application like this for let's say Yoga, good luck finding it. In summary, best application ever for street work outs or kalinesthetics.
