About this app

The Posten app makes it easy to track, order home delivery and pick up your packages. You can also send packages in the app, and pick up packages in pakkeboks.

When you register with your phone number and e-mail we’ll find your packages automatically. You can also add packages manually. We’ll send you updates about the packages, and tell you when and where to pick it up.

The app is built around customer feedback, and we update the app continuously. If you’ve got suggestions for improvements or find errors in the app, you can contact us through the feedback function.

Ratings and reviews

Why not add the option to block a pickup point? On my postal code in central Oslo is a manned option 3km away in a super-awkward direction. My favorite pickup in-app is very close but a pickup box. Listed as backup is a shop I frequent multiple times per week. WHY do you guys insist on pickup at the awkward spot and not my registered favorites? Are the favorite registrations not supported? Then why keep that functionality? Tempted to let all packages sent to that godforsaken location be returns

it is terrible. The parcel never arrived . I was home all day and did not leave the house The deliverer never even bordered to ring or send a message that on two different dates. The service by the person is very unreliabe. Garden furniture was boughtg on 3rd July. I guess I will never get the furniture in tome for the summer. Maybe the deliverer got all mixed up. with the time of the year.

worthless home delivery. anytime i order anything in norway the delivery driver just ignores home delivery and says they "cant find your mailbox. today i received 1 of 2 packages i was supposed to get. they put the package in the wrong mailbox and then for the second package they say they cant find my mailbox (it was meant to be left by my door then call me) and they drove it off to a pick up point at the other side of the city. absolutely terrible delivery. and the app constantly gives errors.
