Very disappointing customer service. I contacted support and had to wait a long time without receiving any proper response. Customers have other responsibilities and cannot keep waiting indefinitely for a reply. I expected much better service from WorldLink. Please improve your response time and customer support.

This is the worst app ever. Do the developers even try to resolve issues? I've been waiting for about 10 minutes just for the connected device to show up, and even when it finally does, adding it to the blacklist doesn't seem to work.

I truly appreciate the effort WorldLink has put into device filtering—it’s honestly impressive how consistently it manages to block or disrupt normal usage while letting actual issues slip through 😬 The feature has great potential, but right now it feels more like a restriction than a helpful tool. Legitimate devices get flagged, connections randomly drop, and managing settings isn’t as smooth as it should be. With some improvements in accuracy and user control, this could become a really usefu
