Worldlink is a Scam. I was having issue with my internet. I had 200Mbps plan and the speed barely crosses 80Mbps. When I raised a ticket they asked me various questions (one of them was if i am using secondary router, I said no). And when they cant resolve the issue they simply disabled all the LAN port of the router. And when I turned my PC on to use it there was no internet. I thought it might be loose cable so I re-cheched everything but turns out they have disabled all the LAN port of router

Forget about playing online games; the lag spikes are unbearable. Even trying to watch a simple Instagram reel is a chore because videos keep pausing every few seconds due to sudden network crashes.Whenever you call their support team to complain, they give you the same scripted response: "Sir/Madam, we will help you and fix this issue right away." But nothing ever changes. Empty promises and zero actual help. Worst ISP experience ever. Save your money and go with someone else.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it works, often it doesn't. Menus and many other items don't respond often times. Doing anything more than bare minimum is a hassle as the app freezes or crashes. Search is basically useless, can't click on results. Doesn't work offline so can't file a ticket through it when there is outage.
