Ratings and reviews

Up until recently the app worked great. More recently the app will crash any time you switch to a different app (for example to copy a bank account number) then go back to the kiwibank app it stops working literally freezes. Likewise if you've been using the app and come back to using it later it freezes up and crashes. Needs fixing. The usability of this app has tanked recently and it's not my phone it does it on both my devices. Consistently. Come on Kiwibank you can do better.

This app keeps getting worse. Please restore the transfer popup at bottom of screen with transfer to, transfer from, and pay someone. The elipisis on every account is unnecessary and it's frustrating for the pop up appear in a different location relative to where you long tap the acc. Also the new account screen is ugly with less space for each account. The only issue with old acc screen was a bug where going in and out of an acc always loaded back at the top of accounts.

It's ok for what it means to be used, but it's not too intuitive and the design its poor in comparison with many other bank apps.
