Ratings and reviews

Literally the worst streaming service we have ever used, skips episodes when watching in order if you have watched the series before, skips to next episodes a minute from finishing the last one, ads are repetitive, having to watch ads twice when skipping forward or to next episode. Disconnects when paused even for 30 seconds, Disconnects cromecast when casting randomly. For a paid service it runs badly and does not have a user friendly UI. Selection of shows and movies is definitely limited.

Probably the most useless service avaliable. Despite being able to stream other services in 4k on 3 tvs ar once, neon struggles to even play for 5 minutes without buffering when being the only service running. Dont waste your time and money with poorly maintained sevices. Plus they have an average selection of programs at best.

I'm having a problem where after I start my subscription and the 11 day trial, it's not working. Everytime I try to watch something it says the subscription didn't work. On both my phone and my smart TV. I would really love some advice on what to do.
