I'm having a problem where after I start my subscription and the 11 day trial, it's not working. Everytime I try to watch something it says the subscription didn't work. On both my phone and my smart TV. I would really love some advice on what to do.

decent selection of series and films but the app is shocking when trying to cast. freezes often, quality drops massively, audio will just cut out, closed captions are delayed or just miss entire sections of dialogue.

Good content but when you have a family with three kids and only two screens can be on simultaneously... it doesn't add up. Plus the inconvenience to have to log in every week.
