Ratings and reviews

Literally the worst streaming service we have ever used, skips episodes when watching in order if you have watched the series before, skips to next episodes a minute from finishing the last one, ads are repetitive, having to watch ads twice when skipping forward or to next episode. Disconnects when paused even for 30 seconds, Disconnects cromecast when casting randomly. For a paid service it runs badly and does not have a user friendly UI. Selection of shows and movies is definitely limited.

Only keeping because of all the good shows. Never had such a problem with a streaming service, glitchy images, random blackouts in the middle of episodes, consistent buffering and an error occuring making the service unusable for a couple of days until it would magically fix itself. I have a few other services that all work fine this is worst by far.

Very disappointing experience!!! App spent more time buffering than playing the episodes. I disabled the app so I would not be charged and several months later (today) I found it has just taken from my account which it had no right to be doing! After so many negative reviews I am very surprised to see this Neon NZ has not been shut down!!! They are money hungry and don't properly delete people from their service just so that they can take unauthorized money from unsuspecting peoples accounts!!
