Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. There are free streaming apps that are more reliable. The app doesn't resume episodes properly and will usually just start the episode all over again when casting. When casting, I can't even lock my phone as when I do, the cast will end. Casting also will just glitch out randomly and also is very slow to resume the show after pausing, with the audio playing before you can see the show again. Everytime the app fails these basic expectations, it plays you ads again.

This app has a small but strong selection of high quality shows. Unfortunately this app is a buggy mess - constant crashes and freezes, random disconnection. For the price you pay you would expect something more functional, especially given the standard account includes ads. I think most users are hoping Sky TV dies sometime soon so we can get HBO Max in NZ without needing to pay for a VPN.

This is a terrible app. Always freezes and glitches, sometimes it will eventually work for a while, other times an error will come up & you then completely exit it and reopen, then usually just freeze or glitches again. Paid for a movie and it glitched so much that we didn't even watch it. This sucks because Neon has shows and movies that others don't so we have no option but to use this app for them. Such an absolute waste of money. Do better. We pay for a service so it should work!
