I have to uninstall neon pretty much every day on this Android TV for it to work again we're just stuck it just gets stuck in a loading screen the whole time every other app works fallacy like Netflix all those streaming apps

The Neon app's performance on the new Sky TV box is terrible. It's unresponsive at best, and becomes unusable unless you force quit the app and restart it. It's been like this for as long as we've had the new box, and it's frankly shocking that Sky hasn't fixed it yet, particularly when you consider that customers are paying a Sky subscription and a Neon subscription for this.

Most recent upgrade doesn't load, only way to get it to work each time is to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes multiple times. Definitely not what I've paid for. Will be interesting to see how the Commerce Commission views Neon's inability to provide what we are paying for.
