I ordered a food and it's lost. We can't even track the driver. My house on the main road, other delivery service never missed it. They should give the driver number and all

This app is $&$&&%&% ordered and the driver didnt even drop off my items. Then menulog said that they would send me a voucher with a code that doesnt even work. Ended up recieving a 2nd voucher and it worked. Scammers the driver and menulog BUT STILL NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THEM AGAIN

If I can rate it with 0 stars I will, terrible delivery didn't get delivered on time and had to cancel my order because the shop was about to close and it still hasn't been picked up yet horrible horrible app!!!🤬😡😤
