Terrible service.. was delayed 15 minutes by a traffic incident on Motorway. Nothing I could do. Valet was notified 30 minutes before reservation schedule but refused to wait. I had to pay to park in another car park and was charged anyway even though thte never touch my vehicle or parked it.

Reaching support is difficult and the terms of the booking are not always transparent, but the app works
