I had tried creating an account after downloading the app but the message keeps popping up "sorry your registration was not successful at this time, please try again later". I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, it is still the same, for several hours, days. It's not showing "tesnet" or mainet", and couldn't know what may be wrong. Account not created yet. Kindly look into this.

I flashed my phone due to some software issues but before doing so, I wrote down my seed phrase. But when I reinstall the bantupay app, after inputting my seed phrase, my username was rejected saying it's incorrect. That was how I lost my coins in the app. What's the need for username when the seed phrase is already there? I'm not happy about this at all. I also tried logging in to Bantu talk but my account is suspended for unknown reasons and the customer care are responding to my mails

I can only give u a 5 stars if the app start functioning very well..this is very bad..pls try to work on d registration part and retrieving of account, each time I want to register, it's always saying ( ur registration is not successful pls try again later) even after uninstalling and installing the app..it keeps saying same thing, okay each time I want to retrieve my old account, it keeps saying invalid username..while I used correct one...pls you should try to work on dis, very important.
