Register or log in to:
• Check your claims and benefits
• View or email your ID card
• Track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend
• Find a doctor in your network
• Communicate securely with Customer Service

Use your myBlueCross username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access.

There is no charge from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to download, but rates from your wireless provider may apply. I am looking for an in-patient hospital that accepts this insurance through this app. I have tried every which way. I put that I have suicidal ideation and made an attempt, and the app directed me to 3 websites, none of which led to a 911 site or a 988 site. Great job. Plus, I could not find what I was looking for. 😒Good thing I'm not in an admeate crisis with a family member trying to figure things out. This would be very stressful 😫.

error pop up and unable to process every time I try to file a drug claim!!!! After I've typed in all the ref #, then it's just gone!!!! Very frusterating!!!!!

Update 8/15/2025: The app not longer allows claim statements to be downloaded or printed. This makes submitting them for reimbursement exceedingly difficult. Will not allow filing of claims. Gives multiple error messages when attempting to submit. The purpose of an app is to make life easier. This one clearly fails in that aspect
