One of the best app for ease of use, intuitive, and functionally superior. All the banking functions are available without visiting the bank in person. UPDATES: Still a good app, and easy to use. I do have the 'biometric' disabled once in a while, but after logging in with my pwd, it is fine. 1. One issue I notice. When I shop ( I only use CC), the credit card transaction does not show immediately or takes time) I think I worked it out. The other bank has to perform their 'end of the day'.

First of all, I love BECU. The website is great. I really want to love their app, but it just isn't as good as the website. The most annoying thing to me is not showing the balance after each transaction like the website does. This is info that I am used to seeing and have come to rely on so I can compare month to month that my balance will cover my needs. Also, this app keeps "forgetting" my biometrics and that just makes me not use it again until I need to make another mobile deposit.

Mostly good once I'm in. Really need to rethink biometrics: if login fails for any reason (like poor network service), it gets turned off and you have to reenable it on your next log in. If you aren't locked out... Used to be my best financial services app; now my worst. Update 11/25/2035 - Well this is just stupid. I'm locked out of this app more often than I can use it. Password works fine on the Web; biometrics work perfectly in all my other apps. dropping my rating to 2 stars.
