Ratings and reviews

It is sooooooooooo frustrating paying bills and they do not reflect in your recent transactions yet, the money is subtracted from your account. I hate this app. My last bank app was far better, way more accurate. I need to know all the details, right away, at my fingertips, just like my other banks do. Also, BECU makes it impossible to transfer money to another credit union within the app, just absolutely impossible, it's ridiculous.... ALL... my other banks apps work just fine............

I love BECU's app! It allows me to take screen shots so I can refer to them later. Specifically, I can screenshot transactions confirmation numbers instead of having to jot it down on paper (I'm old school.) My other credit union's mobile app doesn't allow screenshots at all. Plus, Zelleing money or making transfers on the go is so convenient!

One of the best app for ease of use, intuitive, and functionally superior. All the banking functions are available without visiting the bank in person. UPDATES: Still a good app, and easy to use. I do have the 'biometric' disabled once in a while, but after logging in with my pwd, it is fine. 1. One issue I notice. When I shop ( I only use CC), the credit card transaction does not show immediately or takes time) I think I worked it out. The other bank has to perform their 'end of the day'.
