I wrote the original review in November of 2024. When I log in now I can't see anything within the past 3 hours on the app. I have to log into the website to be able to view recent charges and ensure that my balance is actually correct... more than a year and a half later. ***The app almost never shows the same account activity as logging into the website. My available balance will often change without being able to see the deposit or the withdrawal responsible for the balance change...

I love the app, easy to use, insightful and helpful. lots of features that are easy to use. example, getting up bill pay, and transfers even to other accounts. 4.5 stars. although I dont like how my checking balance goes up without showing what was deposited for awhile. other banking apps show pending deposits right away, becu app takes a little time before showing you transactions that caused your balances to increase. otherwise, Great app.

It is sooooooooooo frustrating paying bills and they do not reflect in your recent transactions yet, the money is subtracted from your account. I hate this app. My last bank app was far better, way more accurate. I need to know all the details, right away, at my fingertips, just like my other banks do. Also, BECU makes it impossible to transfer money to another credit union within the app, just absolutely impossible, it's ridiculous.... ALL... my other banks apps work just fine............
