Becu's online service is poor at best. 8-10 times I've had to go into a branch to take care of basic services that should have been resolvable with tools provided but they hardly work. Password resets, just logfing in can often leave you stranded from your accounts over trips and weekends. I use to recommend it, but I can't after being this frustrated this often over simple functions.

App has been garbage for a number of months, balances are adjusted with transactions, but the transactions themselves don't actually show in the accounts for days, sometimes not at all. Computer access is fine, everything reflected there, but not in app. Cleared cache, restart app. Remove and reinstall app sometimes fixes it, but that is not a reasonable "fix" if it has to be done all the time to see account transactions.

For some reason it won't refresh the pending transactions. There are transactions listed for several weeks ago.vThe money was taken out a few days after the transaction took place but it's still listed as pending. It didn't used to do that. It would refresh the transactions and only show the ones that were truly pending. Please fix your app.
