The app has poor UX. There's no verification for a credit card payment, no notification, no email. The lack of a success state made me question if the payment went through. when I checked the following business day, the payment had still not gone through. So I made a payment through the web browser, which registered had immediate feedback that a payment was placed. This looked like two payments, which drew from my account twice, but placed only one payment on my card. A success state is needed.

Worthless! Forced to use this app but it won't allow me past the login page. Circle of death, then after a minute it times out back to the login page to repeat the process endlessly. Or gives an error message that credentials are wrong JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Why haven't they fixed this critical bug --on a required app-- after so many members complained for over a year!?

BFSFCU WHY?! What is the purpose of this app? I was doing just fine with the regular Bank Fund app. Then, you'll added this trash app and now I have to go through a bunch of hoops to see what my cc balance is and what I owe for the month. I had a hard time getting the app set up when you'll first started this stupidness. When I finally got logged in, I set it up with my thumb print, but you'll logged me out. I had to reset my password, but the temp password you'll sent me doesn't work.
