About this app

The Struggle Well (SW) app is where you keep walking the path from struggle to strength and growth — alongside the people who understand the journey.

Built on Posttraumatic Growth (PTG), Struggle Well rests on a simple truth: struggle, faced with the right tools and the right people, can become the foundation for a stronger, more meaningful life. This app is where you continue your work by staying connected, practicing, and growing in community

Inside the app:

• Connect with your class and the wider community of graduates who've walked the same road
• Practice the daily habits that build wellness across mind, body, and spirit
• Revisit the ideas, tools, and stories from your training — organized so you can find what you need, when you need it
• Hear from fellow graduates: real voices, real growth
• Stay supported by Guides and a community that has your back

Posttraumatic Growth isn't a destination — it's a practice. The Struggle Well app is built to walk with you for the long haul: through the hard days and the good ones, as you write the next chapter and turn your hardest experiences into purpose and service.
You've done the work. Now keep going.

Be Well. Do Well. Struggle Well.

Brought to you by Boulder Crest Foundation, the home of Posttraumatic Growth.

Ratings and reviews

Difficult to navigate. No private room for team chats. When responding to quotes/reflections from cell horizontally you can't read the quote/reflection. I need the font larger to read it so vertical doesn't work for me. The previous app you could do it horizontal and still see the information you were responding to.

can be glitchy at times. Content on the other hand is awesome.
