Catholic Health Buffalo MyChart makes it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your health.

With MyChart, you can schedule care appointments directly online for most Catholic Health services, and even add yourself to a waiting list to be notified by text if an earlier appointment becomes available.

The MyChart app also enables you to check in to your appointment directly from your mobile device, and reduces the need to fill out paper forms each time you go to a new Catholic Health office. All your records will be in one place on MyChart.

The app also gives you access to your clinical test results sooner – usually in less than 24 hours. Plus you can connect with your doctor anytime, anywhere, via email through MyChart.

You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

You’ll also be able keep your health care information better organized; the app you to check on your appointments (and those of your family members); check health records; access immunization records; and order medication refills – all from a single portal. You can even pay a bill or get a cost estimate for a future service through MyChart.

my chart Is easy to use for most part. it allows access to all your medical needs and information. it's nice to have it reminds you of upcoming appointments, tests, labs, and u can see results before your next follow up appointments. it's very convenient to have the reminders of future appointments and the fact to be able to share all medical info with all your providers to enable the medical teams to work together to collaborate all medical needs and diagnosis.

I love the app, I can always check when my appointments are, test results, reach out to my doctors if I need to. I also like that you can check in for your appointments instead of standing in line.

My chart is quick, up to date and very easy to access. I enjoy the visit summary after a doctor's visit as well as seeing my upcoming appointments. I can reach my doctor's at any time. I can request refills for my medications instead of waiting for the pharmacy to answer the phone. It let's me know when the pharmacy received my refill. My medication list is there and up to date. I couldn't ask for a better app to access my medical history and be in direct contact with my doctor.
