The app has helped in many ways. My son is therapy every week and when I need extra advice from his AMAZING therapists, the messaging app is wonderful! I love how easy it is to find out appointments! My fingerprint no longer works when I try to login. It made life easier to use the fingerprint so I didn't have to put my password in every time I need the app. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

Says it is unable to update the app won't load at all. Very frustrating when you are getting emails to log in and see messages and appointments for your child. Makes it even more complicated than it needs to be.

Yeah this is not a pleasant experience at all. Wonky. Broken. Put some of those millions into fixing this.
