Trying to use their top 310 dongle with my KTM bike. Before buying I contacted the Klavkarr people to make sure the device is compatible with my bike, after their approval I purchased. On arrival I could diagnose the error codes (not detailed, but at least the error codes were seen), test the battery, see live diagnostics values of running engine,erase errors etc. Unfortunately after some update almost all the previously available functionality is gone. Support is not responsive. 0 value atm

Very weak unfortunately, it's not free, although they mentioned it is, but the app doesn't give anything to solve the problem or mentioned the fault code so uninstalled

I had used the free version a few times before and it worked quite alright. I just bought the basic version 19 euros and I couldn't even used once . It keeps disconnecting right when it's about to make the diagnosis. I just lost 19 euros and about 4 hours of my life to try to make it work. Can't understand how 5 million have it. Probably is the free version cause the paid version sucks big time
