• Find a Provider - Find and map providers or facilities to locate the care and services you need.
• View your Claims - View a list of your recent Medical and Pharmacy claims.
• View your ID Card - Your Insurance Card is now quickly and easily displayed whenever you need it.
• Review your Benefits - Get access to your up to date Deductible, Out of Pocket, and Benefit Summary information.
• Nurse Advice Line - Contact a Registered Nurse if you have a health question or need advice on care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Everything I click on says error and most of the wording is now in Spanish.

I'm having an issue trying to find specialist doctors. It's nothing like the other app and even that one was problematic. It's hard to try to search for a doctor.

Terrible. Or else FHCP is. It won't let me log in. And I am always being prompted to change my password in manage passwords. Also, I actually type it in an email and send it to myself for future reference. And yet between those things, my log in is usually impossible and I have to change, then am told I am locked out. It's always been like this. Either FHCP suck or their app is horrendous. Either way, the app is useless to me continuously.
