I was getting the same connection message for several days. I decided to delete the app from my phone and then reloaded it. It seems to be working fine now. My biggest issue with FFCU is that despite all the comments about the app, no one from the company had the decency to comment or let us know they are aware and fixing the problem. Come on guys!

Update: no change! Installed app & prompted to open. Pressed open, the screen displayed Foothil... and that was it. Unable to do anything. Closed the app thru play store and opened app thru the icon. The same thing happened again. Reopened play store & uninstalled app. Tried reinstalling, the same thing happened again. Guess I should have remembered if you want a different reaction it requires a different approach. Your rating should allow for less than 1 star. App doesn't deserve a star.

Easy to navigate, a reassuring pleasure to have simple access to my money and financial resources too! Always updated and designed with security in mind. A stellar example of great communication between my credit union and me, I simply love it.
