This app is clunky, bloated, annoying to use, and loading times can be rather long for no particular reason. If this wasn't my main bank, I would certainly not recommend it. Even with the added convenience in some aspects, many others are seriously lacking. I also have not forgotten about the way they cut off android 12 and below users when all other banking apps I have made their app compatible with older android versions AND still secure!! Do better, fox. The actual bank is fine 9/10 times

Used to work great, but suddenly "Isn't available on my device" anymore and there's no alternative app. This seems completely unreasonable, as I'm running Android 11, which isn't even 5 years old yet. Please fix this as soon as possible; this app is very important for anyone who can't make it to their physical bank as often as they'd like.

The updated version of this app sucks compared to the old one. I have trouble navigating. Constant having to relog in to do a simple loan payment. Transactions are not shown immediately anymore and the totals go blank after payments made. Difficult menus to navigate and very slow. Absolute downgrade from the old system they had and even the bank got worse going in person. I called them about my account and was put on hold. Drove to the bank 30 min away and was still on hold walking in.
