Terrible user experience, poor performance, drops the session intermittently, could go on. Please remove this app, it's an egg on the face for this amazing institution

Other medical apps allow you to message your specific medical team, add/edit an insurance, etc. This just seems hard to navigate compared to other hospitals portals.

Awful experience after update. Now can't even use without giving permission to everything on phone. NO THANK YOU!
