It doesn't work, the app just says connection interrupted try again. Why have these "options" if they don't even work. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. No it obviously didn't work. No it doesn't need an update. Yes I'm connected to wifi and yes I tried on and off the wifi. It just doesn't work.

Wasn't sure the Dr. could address my health issue via telehealth but my experience was great and she got right to the problem and resolution without any issues! Very pleased.

There is no where to enter your secondary insurance and the copay is the same as a visit to your primary. So instead of your secondary insurance being able to cover your copay you are forced to pay your entire copay, even though you have an insurance plan to cover that. If you contact HAP to have them add the secondary to your account it takes 5 business days, which really defeats the purpose of telehealth.
