Ratings and reviews

The app is generally useful for managing Doctor's visits, getting test results, scheduling appointments , etc. BUT there is no way to report a problem with the software. For example: I get notifications to report for lab work ordered a year ago. Medical staff aren't helpful and I have no way to report or request help with this technical issue. This clutter almost has caused me to miss appointments. 38 plus appointments with 4 different doctors over the past year are confusing.

​Highly recommend this app! It keeps everything organized—from billing estimates to signing paperwork, test results, scheduling or making changes to my appointments. It's great having all my records in one spot. Communicating with my care team is seamless and efficient.
