Ratings and reviews

If you select "Enable app review mode," it doesn't allow you to log in. That should be your 1st clue that the app is not going to work properly. While updating patient info (like meds, history, etc.), it stalls, and you have to start all over. When trying to verify email, app gives error for resending 6-digit code if not entered in time. I just started using this, so that's what I've come across so far. Very frustrating. Apptmts seem to be updated timely with correct info.

The app is generally useful for managing Doctor's visits, getting test results, scheduling appointments , etc. BUT there is no way to report a problem with the software. For example: I get notifications to report for lab work ordered a year ago. Medical staff aren't helpful and I have no way to report or request help with this technical issue. This clutter almost has caused me to miss appointments. 38 plus appointments with 4 different doctors over the past year are confusing.

every message goes to the correct person and is usually answered in less than an hour. All the options in the menu are easy to understand and if you do have a question the customer service is quick to help.
