Download and launch the app using your kp.org user ID and password. Haven’t set up your account yet? Get started by tapping “Sign-In Help” at the top of the screen and following the prompts.

Two big unresolved issues: The "Taken/Skipped buttons don't work. You have to log into the app and tap "skipped/taken." This issue began around July. The second issue is that the Skipped and Taken buttons are not intuitive. They should be reversed when the drop down quick buttons actually work. Still not fixed as of October 2024.
