Not very user friendly-not logging in I could log in just fine and then an update happened. Needed to re-accept terms. Now it won't let me login, it's saying my password or login is incorrect. I double checked myself and can login just fine online on a computer. Even when it was working it doesn't let you read messages, tells me to login on the group health site, which defeats the purpose of having an app.
Buggy I'm simply trying to order a refill for a prescription. The first time I tried, I got a perpetual loading screen. This time, I got further along, but got to a screen where I selected to have the meds mailed to me, selected my address, payment method, entered my phone number, etc., hit the Next button and it just reloaded the same screen.
Exactly what I need Earlier versions of this app were quite problematic but this last round of updates has rectified any login connectivity issues. It looks sleek and lets me see what I need with ease. Thanks for the last round of updates!
Useless This app doesn't do half of what it says it does. All I can access is pharmacy orders. I'd like to see my upcoming appointments.
Hasn't worked for 5 months. Always temperamental and just stopped working properly. Our family plan cost around $800 @month and you'd think they could ferret out the bugs. 2/16 prescription submit and log out still buggy. Please take this to the 21st century.
Too minimal The Seattle area is one of the biggest software centers of the world. How embarrassing to create such a dumbed-down app. Marginally useful at best. Use the regular Web site from your mobile device.
