Run away!!!! The entire Group Health Pharmacy system has been not functioning for an entire week including in-person, mail order, and through the app! Yes! You read that correctly the entire Pharmacy is not functioning. Completely unacceptable when you are dealing with sick people and their health. Ugh. Seriously considering leaving GH- it's always something.
Love the Ease!! I rarely have any problems with the app. The convenience is awesome! Compared to the old days of having to do everything over the phone, I love being able to easily reorder meds, make appointments and best of all, being able to email my Doctor or his staff right from my phone or Tablet. Fast!!
Not very user friendly-not logging in I could log in just fine and then an update happened. Needed to re-accept terms. Now it won't let me login, it's saying my password or login is incorrect. I double checked myself and can login just fine online on a computer. Even when it was working it doesn't let you read messages, tells me to login on the group health site, which defeats the purpose of having an app.
Buggy I'm simply trying to order a refill for a prescription. The first time I tried, I got a perpetual loading screen. This time, I got further along, but got to a screen where I selected to have the meds mailed to me, selected my address, payment method, entered my phone number, etc., hit the Next button and it just reloaded the same screen.
Exactly what I need Earlier versions of this app were quite problematic but this last round of updates has rectified any login connectivity issues. It looks sleek and lets me see what I need with ease. Thanks for the last round of updates!
No more list of ordered meds I like the new update. I really do. But what happened to the ability to see what meds are ordered in one list? Now I have to click on each med to see if it's been filled yet or not. Not very efficient, hence only four stars. Oh, your images are out of date. The last one is how it used to be before the last update. Well, I've dropped it down to 3 stars. Why? Because the meds reorder does not update the status to let you know when the order is ready for pickup. I had to call to find out the informat
