This has not been working correctly I can't even log on because of this network error. It's very difficult to schedule my appointments now especially on weekends and I can't mail order prescriptions so I have to pay more for them to go in and pick up.
Not working I don't know what GH has done to this app. It was great until about 2 months ago--now it's network error message 24/7. There's no "try again later" it does not work. Shame bc it really was great in managing my care, meds, appts, etc. Uninstalling
A little buggy but good I agree with previous post that in last month or two it stopped loading. To fix that I uninstalled and reinstalled and that's no longer an issue. One bug I find is when ordering refills on meds, on the "Submit Order" screen, you can hit Submit over and over again and it does nothing. BUT if you hit the refresh button, it submits. Like I said a little buggy, but nothing major and nothing that cancels out the convenience.
Quit working Absolutely loved this app until it quit working. Just keeps saying network error. There was a problem loading your files etc. I would give 5 stars once it gets fixed but at this point I'm about to uninstall it. All it is doing is taking up space on my phone. Please fix!
Won't log in App won't log in. It sits on a loading page and locks up. Won't even let me exit app without going into task manager and killing it. Been like this for weeks no. Please fix. I would have given 4 stars before this glitch.
Consistently awful Hands down, it's got the worst performance of all my apps. I've complained. They've apologized. And it's still awful. It hangs up and won't complete tasks about 20% of the time I use it.
