Linphone works smoothly for calls, but the biggest issue is that it doesn’t natively import contacts. When someone calls, it only shows the phone number, making it impossible to tell if it’s someone I know. This is a major inconvenience for daily use. If it had proper contact syncing, it would be a much better VoIP app. Until then, it’s frustrating to rely on manual lookups.

Hi Daniel,
We do import contacts from native address book if read contacts permission is granted.
Check the contact filter in the top right of contacts list.
If your numbers start by 00 we have found an issue with the lookup, fix will be released in 6.0.2.
Best regards,

"call has been declined" - I use VOIP.ms and the app shows registration okay and when I login to my VOIP.ms account it indeed shows this app registered. However, I get the error shown when trying to make a call. Interestingly, I can send out SMS messages, however have tried changing many if not all the options and still get "call has been declined" immediately when trying to place a voice call.

Works very well for phone calls. Sadly, with text messages it's a different story. For example, I will get a notification after receiving a SMS from contact A, but the message won't show up in the app after I open it the first time. Sent SMS to contact A will always show up in the app fine, but without any incoming ones. If contact A writes again, I will be able to see the incoming messages new and old, but without the sent ones and again only temporarily. I never have the complete conversation.
