Definitely makes things a lot more streamlined and simpler when it comes to getting care and especially getting results. Everything is visible fairly quickly right in the chart app so you can monitor closely. No more having to wait two or three weeks for results and such as they are available they show in the chart. I've even seen them show up before a DR explained results to me. So that's pretty darn quick in my opinion.

Used to be a great app. Ever since Texas Age verification requirements got implemented via Google, the app stopped functioning. This is like all the other Epic MyChart apps, verified accounts cannot pass the verification check because Epic's own verification API doesn't work. This app will be useless until that's fixed.

8.04.2026 Have been using this app for quite a while. Never a problem. Quite easy to communicate with doctors and their staff. Now all of a sudden I have to verify my account in the play store!?! How exactly do I do that?? There are no instructions or anything anywhere that I can find to do this. I'm getting fed up pretty fast. I wouldn't even give this one star at this rate.
