Please return "Care Notes". When I first had downloaded the app it was awesome, it had visual appeal with image of bed with day and night theme along with the link to care notes. I told all the nurses that whoever had designed the app like that needed to be recognized. Now we have links that give me no detail that I dont already know. It has a dull feel to it and it could be used more of a website than an app. Please return the former theme, its got greater appeal and all the right links.

I just Love this app. it's easy to check your appointments and your medication. You can send a message to your doctor if you need to or even make an appointment and also check your test results. it's just a really good app to have. Oh yes and you can check in when you have an appointment by just sitting in your car instead of walking in the office and standing in line you can just open the app and check in at the front desk but on your phone. great app.

This app isn't bad but the automated "request for refills" does not work. SO, I just send my doctor a message telling her I need refills... one of the Rx's must be refilled every month, and cannot be written for 3 or 6 months out... so I have to request that specific refill every month... but now there's nothing automated. It's just me sending my doctor a message and hoping that it is seen. The previous app (you used to have) seemed to work much better for Rx refills.
