Update: everything works great now! I just forgot to update my review. Someone reset the two factor authentication for me, and it's been smooth sailing! Super convenient now to manage my appointments. --- Before: The app is, on the whole, great. But there are issues with two step verification that are making me annoyed.

Pretty interesting app. I like that my records are available to me anytime, anywhere! When I had to remember dates of vaccinations, I always had a problem...not any longer because all that information is at my fingertips. Very convenient and satisfying. Changes in medications are simplified, reordering medicine is a breeze, etc. I really can't find a problem with this app.

What's not to love about this? I played around with the app quite a bit between appointments just trying to see how it worked and it was pretty fun. The UI is adorable. It's really easy to use. I can get in touch with my doctors really easily. My test results and appointments are front and center so they're impossible to miss. The notifications are unobtrusive and never about marketing. The only thing I could nitpick is that the login biometric scanner will confuse first time/older users.
