Private browser actually works Always been a mozilla fan. Tried chrome for a while then came back to mozilla. Why? Private browser leaves no tracks.
Same crap new version number. I would suggest that someone at Firefox goes out and buys a Nexus device loads an intensive webpage such as The Verge or Imgur and then works on the current awful experience. The articles on the main page don't even side scroll. Swiping next in Imgur requires a rigid and unbelievably accurate swipe which just takes you to the top of the page most of the time. Come on lads, pull yer finger out.
Hate It! Now when you open it defaults to top sites, you used to be able to delete tabs you didn't want but not we're stuck with additional tabs and no way to default to the one you want I.e. Bookmarks tab. This is extremely annoying and I will be searching for a new browser because of this latest update.
UPDATE 46 keeps crashing on youtube vids Stop making keyboard auto show its annoying as hell especially with the stupid auto zoom makes seeing what your typing invisible. The touch responsivness has gone wont let me scroll down pages, Crashes on youtube videos alot, hides the address bar from pulldown forcing you to close.
Ad blocker is brilliant As said ad blocker puts it in front of Chrome for me, the UI still isn't as nice as chrome but I'm very used to chrome. Great app for the simple reason ad blocker works well!
Can't import bookmarks? Downloaded this because I like the interface, but can't for the life of me figure out how to import my bookmarks from Chrome, and it's too frustrating to consider having to copy and paste every web address and save them individually! All your support page says is 'click Settings, then Customise, then import from Android' but in my settings page there is no Customise option! Why have you taken it away without updating your support page? Maddening!
* Notifications about tabs opened in the background now list the URLs
* Top Sites panel now lists popular sites by default
* Previously cached pages will be displayed when offline
* Firefox will request permissions at runtime instead of installation time (Android 6.0+)
