Thankfully, this app has continued to improve over the past few years! Two suggestions for improving mobile deposits: 1.) Please add a preview option so that we can see an image of the check before it is submitted. If you click on the picture you can't view anything because it automatically takes you to the screen to take the picture again. 2.) Please shorten the required phrase that is written on the checks. "SECU App Deposit" is more than enough text to get the point across.

I've had SECU for years. I've never had a problem. Great to work with if you need assistance. In my experience they've always been helpful and have provided great customer service. I like they have many locations throughout the state and you can get service from any of them. Good experience with telephone customer service. I do really like you can get ahold of a SECU customer service representati 24 hours a day. I have dealt with multiple banks in the past. SECU surpasses their competitors.

JUST downloaded. Works fine for basics like balance checking...BUT... WHEN is MOBILE CHECK DEPOSITING going to be AVAILABLE? It is a tad disappointing that this isn't an option, nor do we have info that it will, at any point, be rolled out. During these pandemic times, was it wrong for me to expect more? It is taking up space on my phone and is essentially useless, for me anyway, without mobile check depositing. Kudos on having a clean interface and user-friendly.
