We are all connected to nature in cultural, spiritual, social, and biological ways. The Outdoor Afro App provides connection between Black nature leaders and nature lovers—and
everyone who loves connecting with people who love nature.
Much more than a trails app, Outdoor Afro lets you discover vetted, local nature spots, trails, and destinations for all of your favorite sports, play, lifestyle, wellness, and exercise activities.
Our mission is to inspire and support Black connection, leadership, and wellness in nature, so we’ve made it easy to find your fit in outdoor activities—on your own or with expert guides
and enthusiasts who share their recommended spots and expertise, lead guided experiences, and become part of your community.

Weren't much activities in my area so I felt it wasn't worth me keeping. I wanted (amd still do) to delete my account. I selected to purge my data & delete my user access. I requested the forms and nothing has come to my email. This is annoying.

Decent app overall. Posting photos and replying to others is somewhat awkward, but the ability to see event details and register is well done.

the app needs a LOT of work. when I fill out the waiver form, in the birthday field, I can't type in my birthdate. I have to scroll thru four decades of the calendar to input my birthday. time consuming and highly annoying. please fix!

- Event notifications: get updates when your registration is confirmed, when a waitlist spot opens, before your hold expires, and before your event starts.
- Easier sign-in: after signing in, you go right back to where you were.
