Pathways Center Community Service Board is a premier provider of behavioral health, substance use and intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1972. Pathways Center offers a wide array of services such as non-intensive outpatient therapy, medication management, intensive substance abuse outpatient services, crisis stabilization, residential services, peer support, psychosocial rehabilitation, community integration and many more!

A totally UNUSABLE app! Even had help at the front desk of Pathways, to help me set this up. And, even she wasn't able to get anywhere, either (and, she 100% definitely knows how to set it up). I do as prompted, it will not allow me to make a new password. It will NOT allow me to log in, no matter HOW many times I uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, whatever, etc... absolutely N O T H I N G . Have to leave a star, but really, it's a 0 star!!

I really resent having to download another app to my phone. I don't even know how well or bad it works yet. I have 0 space to download a new app, which means I have to uninstall one so this one can fit. Why can't you have a website like normal people? Instead you have to bogg down my phone with another app.

- Email links now route users to the correct section after sign‑in or onboarding without prompting unnecessary app downloads
- New users no longer loop after saving Appointment Reminder changes
