This app is trash. I set up auto payments and did okay for a few months then suddenly stopped without warning or alerts. Now I'm being charged late fees and it won't allow me to make a payment. It cycles back to the login screen when I click make a payment. No customer support has contacted me after several attempts to contact them about this issue (edit) happening again x4 3.11.2024

It works for basic features like checking my account balance. I can even view old credit card transactions now! Everything else is clearly neglected. Loading data (esp. anything in a hosted web view) is *slow*. Maybe every request has to reauthenticate, but that's terrible and should be fixed. Bill Pay is a problem: - They changed the amount field from number input to generic text input. - Pending payments don't reliably load. - Pending payments don't have a "recurring" indicator any more.

Since the last update, the app does not work. I just want to pay my car note. This is ridiculous. Every thing you click on just takes you to a blank white screen. sometimes a message pops up saying it isn't secure, but mostly, it's just the blank white screen. I tried clicking support to ask for help on the app, and it also goes to a white screen. EDIT: It's been 6 mo since my review and they still have not fixed the issue. This is terrible.

We have updated the app with new quick actions to explore products or get a payoff quote, more information on checking, savings and certificate accounts – including a total balance display, application status notifications, push notification setup assistance, improved help center experience, easy access to an ATM locator, bug fixes and performance improvements.
