2 weeks after the summer 2025 review I have having to Uninstall, restart my phone, reinstall. this is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I'll be leaving. summer 2025- the app opens to ONLY show me the RBFCU logo you see for the app. NOTHING happens. I check my account regularly. I need to deposit checks, among other things. THIS makes me want to completely SWITCH BANKS. FIX IT! back in 2021--I can't see anything on this new app before the date they switched it over. I'd like to look back a few months.

The app is great when it wants to work. That's the unfortunate thing - sometimes for days at a time I'm not able even get to the login screen. At this point it's like a 50/50 shot as to whether I can use the app. I'll open the app just to stare a blank screen or the RBFCU logo. On top of that, the quick balance widget is just as finicky. It will work fine for maybe two days and then it either freezes on whatever balances are there, or gets stuck updating and never changes. Constant issues.

It's been a dependable app ever since I downloaded it a few years ago. I like some of the new features that have been coming on board over that time; however, the latest update seems to have a bug as the quick balance is not available, and it just shows a blank screen. I tried clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and that does not resolve the issue.
