I absolutely hate the 4/29/25 update! It made this app less user friendly. I now have to 2 step verify almost every sign in. I have it set to trust my device but have to input a text code regardless, even though I'm signing in almost daily. What's the point of having a password/pin?? I also manage both my mother and fathers appointments. In the old version, when I selected visits I would see all of our visits together and the name of who the visit is for. Now it's profile based. CHANGE IT BACK

WTH did you do to this app?! now I got to give a password every time I login, even thought I checked remember me, and every time I use it I have to enter a "1 time verification code" each time. fix this!!! Also, the app constantly notifies you for almost everything except for getting a return message from doctor. THAT needs to be the most important notification!

the app is fine, but it makes you log in with biometrics and yet it still needs to send a code to your phone for a second step. I would think a health care organization would understand the biometrics are mine only. it's just an unnecessary step. also, even though I insure my whole family the app only let's me see my bills. frustrating!
