WTH did you do to this app?! now I got to give a password every time I login, even thought I checked remember me, and every time I use it I have to enter a "1 time verification code" each time. fix this!!! Also, the app constantly notifies you for almost everything except for getting a return message from doctor. THAT needs to be the most important notification!

What is the point of me declaring a device as trustworthy, if every time I use this app, it asks me again to trust that device. Please fix this so that when I put a device is trusted, it does not ask me to send a text message or email to verify that this is a trusted device. I thought using biometrics would help with this but it has not.

I loved the app until St lukes decided to make it damn near impossible for me to login on light speed the app sucks now that i have to login constantly with 2 step also my client with a tbi cant login well either because she shakes so much that its hard to do a 2 step when you have a 2 step on a constant basis but St lukes doesnt give a fart about that
