WTH did you do to this app?! now I got to give a password every time I login, even thought I checked remember me, and every time I use it I have to enter a "1 time verification code" each time. fix this!!! Also, the app constantly notifies you for almost everything except for getting a return message from doctor. THAT needs to be the most important notification!

I've been trying to log in to pay a bill, can't remember my password and all passwords required a reset 05/15, yet no option gives me the code. not my phone number, or my email, yet I still receive calls and emails, just not the verification one. I have a bill to pay. Fix it. This is ridiculous.

What is the point of me declaring a device as trustworthy, if every time I use this app, it asks me again to trust that device. Please fix this so that when I put a device is trusted, it does not ask me to send a text message or email to verify that this is a trusted device. I thought using biometrics would help with this but it has not.
