Hourly services are characterized by high flexibility in controlling contracts, from rescheduling, postponing and preponing full contract visits, in addition to gifting visits and changing the address, package, or period of the contracts.
- Muqeema (Stay-in Services): Housemaid & Personal Assistant & Private Chauffer
Muqeema’s contracting starts from one month to 24 months with a guarantee of continuity of service and training of our service providers, where we accept full payment or easy payment through Dynamic Packages for long monthly contracts (12 months and 24 months)
- Munasabat (Hourly Hostesses)

I've honestly had a good experience with them. Samaher was very helpful in helping us find a housekeeper for our needs. she explained everything and answered all of our questions. It's always better to visit the office, first, and then everything will be updated on the app with 0 issues! I highly recommend this agency and I've tried many other ones.

First and Last — Never Again Terrible experience! Customer service is awful — they don’t answer calls, barely reply on WhatsApp, and never explain anything properly. Scheduling is a mess and arranging the maid took forever. I had to keep waiting without knowing if the maid was even coming. You can’t meet the maid beforehand, and they’re extremely expensive for such poor service. Definitely my first and last time using them!

Very bad service. When the time came for the housekeeper to arrive they sent us a message saying they "had to reschedule". No professionalism or respect for the client's time and just rescheduling without warning.
