Nowadays, the elderly have a difficult time with every little thing. It would be so very helpful to have passwords show up as we type them in when signing on, so that we can see if our finger accidently hit the wrong key or not. It would save time for the elderly, as well as save time for having your staff try to help us figure it out. Thank you! On a more positive note, 5 stars go to your excellent, knowledgeable staff. They are always professional in every way.

I had a horrible experience with the app trying to make mobile deposits. My life would be so easy if I didn't have to physically drive to the bank to make them. It appears I have to. I've gone as far as uninstalling the app TWICE to see if that would jumpstart it into making a successful deposit. I'm unable to center my check inside the parameters on my phone screen, because they don't appear. Therefore the deposit will never be processed. I'm so over this

I actually love most things about the app, however, for whatever crazy reason, the minute I try to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit, the image quality is horrible! It takes me multiple tries to get an image that will be accepted for deposit. I have a Galaxy 25 Ultra that takes incredible pictures when used as a camera. Yes, this one issue is enough for me to rate the app as a 3...
