I actually love most things about the app, however, for whatever crazy reason, the minute I try to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit, the image quality is horrible! It takes me multiple tries to get an image that will be accepted for deposit. I have a Galaxy 25 Ultra that takes incredible pictures when used as a camera. Visual Mess, Very Unintuitive Interface. Very, very unclear on how you're supposed to use it to pay an auto loan. Better off going to a branch and paying in person. First vehicle payment I've ever had that requires you to transfer money to a savings account, and then transfer it to the loan account. I can't wait to see how to make principal only payments, I'll probably just go in person.

This app has too many issues. It’s almost always hard to log in and access my account. I constantly get a “Network error” message. This has been an ongoing problem for the three years I’ve been banking with them, and sometimes I can’t get in for multiple days at a time. Between the unreliable app and the limited bank locations, I’ve seriously considered leaving more than once. A banking app should be dependable, and this one just isn’t.
