I had a horrible experience with the app trying to make mobile deposits. My life would be so easy if I didn't have to physically drive to the bank to make them. It appears I have to. I've gone as far as uninstalling the app TWICE to see if that would jumpstart it into making a successful deposit. I'm unable to center my check inside the parameters on my phone screen, because they don't appear. Therefore the deposit will never be processed. I'm so over this

I actually love most things about the app, however, for whatever crazy reason, the minute I try to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit, the image quality is horrible! It takes me multiple tries to get an image that will be accepted for deposit. I have a Galaxy 25 Ultra that takes incredible pictures when used as a camera. Yes, this one issue is enough for me to rate the app as a 3...

Visual Mess, Very Unintuitive Interface. Very, very unclear on how you're supposed to use it to pay an auto loan. Better off going to a branch and paying in person. First vehicle payment I've ever had that requires you to transfer money to a savings account, and then transfer it to the loan account. I can't wait to see how to make principal only payments, I'll probably just go in person.
