The "Moment" feature, which gives a 30-90 second talk about a way to reframe things or a new way to see the world, is without a doubt or exaggeration, the single biggest change I have ever made in the way my mind operates. That feature alone is worth a yearly subscription and the meditations, talks, "theory", etc. are worth a subscription in their own right as well. You really won't be disappointed with this one.

Would really appreciate a feature to keep the screen awake while the app is on, as I don't know why but my phone begins stuttering a few seconds after the screen turns off if I have a session playing. Other than that, the app is great and the staff are really friendly. Update: Issue resolved, thank you!

Love the app, but had to cancel my subscription. The only membership offered is a $100 anti that i just cant reliably whip out of my wallet , really wish they offered a monthly or even quarterly subscription plan. Apart from that, great app, I especially love the library section! Im not sure when they updated it, but it shows me each favorite by section instead of one big list of jumbled favs, i love that i can pick up my prefered lectures where i left off without scrubbing through all of them.
