Started MTNTOUGH in July of last year because I've reached the age in life where the strength isn't free anymore, and the last couple of hunting seasons have been a beat down. It had gotten to the point where just dealing with an animal after the harvest was so difficult it would put me out of commission for a few days after. This year I harvested 2 deer in the same evening, 20 minutes apart late into December. The whole process was so much easier, and I felt phenomenal! Thank you MTNTOUGH!

this is a great fitness app, been using for over 3 years now in my home gym. Workouts form body weight to minimal gear to barbell work. They have everything with great instructors. Probably the thing I appreciate the most is the constant coaching about form and technique as well as adding new and different exercises. You don't need to be a hunter to enjoy this app.

Up front the only improvement I'd make is adding in a stand alone tracker for maxes (5 rep, 3 rep, etc) so I can see percentage calculations a little quicker. That's all personal preference and is a "nice to have." Otherwise the app is great. The organization of videos, content, and workouts makes it extremely easy to navigate, peruse, and select. Having the ability to "save" programs/content makes quick access a breeze. The content included is also well done.
