As others have said, I personally think the training content is awesome. I really enjoy the different types of workouts that aren't purely gym based, including the heavy pack workout which allows me to more easily workout when I'm on the road. I do think the app could use some improvement. I'd like to be able to better track workouts that I've finished, maybe an area to add notes, and would like to be able to view blocks for each workout without downloading a PDF.

The MTNTOUGH app is excellent. It's intuitive to use for most smartphone users. I especially like the ability to scroll through the write-up of the workout and still have the video visible. Pro tip: on workouts that require keeping track of the rounds, screenshot the app then edit the screenshot with tally marks. That way, you can still see the workout and keep track of completed rounds without having to mess around with your phone during the workout.

I'm pretty impressed with the app, structure of the app and the programs. I also like that they have content dealing with the mental aspect of performance. I feel like the mental fortitude you carry into the mountains is equally as important as the physical ability. I am a backcountry hunter and I am looking forward to using a program specifically designed for my sport. The newly added mobility is a great bonus as well.
