ORT On Demand is Ozark Regional Transit Authority’s new on-demand ride sharing service that offers door to door trips within designated city zones of Northwest Arkansas.

Traveling within Rogers, Bentonville, and East Fayetteville has never been easier, as ORT On Demand is an app based ride service that’s smart, simple, and affordable.

With a few quick taps, book an on-demand ride in the app and our technology will connect you with a ride headed your way.

How it works:
- Book a ride on your phone.
- Get picked up at your requested address.
- Share your ride with others.

What we’re about:
Our App will have a driver outside your door within 30 minutes of your confirmed reservation to take you to your requested destination.

Each ride on ORT On-Demand has zero fare! At no cost to you, ride quickly and affordably around each of our unique service zones in Rogers, Bentonville, and East Fayetteville.

Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride.

I was able to get a ride once and it went smoothly, but ever since then I get the error message that says "We are experiencing a high volume of requests, please try again soon!". I don't understand how this is this case when every time I see an ORT vehicle it's essentially empty. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or what, but it's extremely annoying.

I have to keep trying over and over. took an hour to book the ride. Even though I started two hours early. missed an important appointment. the mapping is messed up to, the drivers rely on the map completely, so it takes them to the next road to pick me up, sometimes, they even drive right pass it. But I never know if there going there or here, and it takes 5+minutes to walk it. not disabled friendly.

This is the worst possible app system used for a bus service. It takes 2 hours to get a bus while you keep trying back to back looking for a bus. It's always full but instead of adding more busses they reduced it down to one bus! Improve the booking system, add a waitlist so that we don't have to keep trying to book for hours and add more busses for God's sake!
