Can't register, asks for CPF. Same app in my girlfriends phone let her register as Italian. It seems to have been coded by very very bad developers. Not recommended.

I really like the service even as the app is so bad. But eliminating the daily plan is the worst choice, any coty with this same service have one say passes or one trip passes, you know why? Because tourist are not going to stay for more than one month. I don't know the business logic behind this but is so awful

By far the worst experience I had with a company. Nothing went well. From the experience with the app, difficult to add the credit card, map issues, number of bikes on the station didn't match the ones on the app. And to top it off, the electric bike didn't work. When I tried customer service, things went from bad to worse. The only channel available was instant messaging "whatsapp" and took them more than 2 hours to send me an automated message. I will never use them again.
