nice and simple user interface. some issues using it though: 1. delivery status doesn't update automatically. had to log out and relaunch the app just to get updates. 2. app doesn't use the 'saved locations' at all when arranging a pick up. 3. not an app issue but more service-related. riders need more training in understanding instructions. my experience was that the rider went straight to the landmark expecting that it was the exact pick up location.

Most of the riders pick-up on time and other riders sometimes cancel their pick-up delivery. Sometimes the service is too busy and we cannot connect our booking. In general the service is good & cheaper compare to other delivery services.

I hope the DEVELOPERS are reviewing the comments. i am registering my number thru app but it doesnt send me a 6-digit code to my number for me to proceed. instead, i booked from a computer and it worked, however the problem is it is not showing the details on the computer after booking instead it send a link to your registered phone, it wont show the details in the computer automatically after booking. please improve the system, i know you can do it better.
